If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving the item. Yes, you read that correctly – returns are completely free! That said, here are some things you might want to know:

ELIGIBILITY:
- We're pleased to accept full-priced items in their original, unworn condition, including any attached tags and packaging such as boxes and pouches, for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Please note that digital gift card and gift bag purchases are final and cannot be returned.
- Items bought using store credit or gift cards are eligible for return, but any refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit.
- All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

RETURN PROCESS:
- To initiate a return, please click here and follow the steps in our return portal.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label via email in up to 2 business days.
- Download and print the return label, then attach it to the outside of the shipping box. Ensure the item is securely packaged and that the return label is clearly visible. Please remove or cover any previous shipping labels.
- Drop off the package at the nearest carrier office from which the label was sent.
- Returns may take up to 5 business days for processing upon reaching our warehouse. Once we inspect and process your return, we will send you an email confirming your store credit or refund. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method, subject to your banking institution's processing time.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy criteria, including but not limited to, items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, or if the return request is made outside the specified return period.
