SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to the US and Canada only. However, we encourage customers to always stay updated by regularly visiting our website, as international shipping options will become available soon.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and other factors. Orders placed after 1:30 PM ET will ship out the next business day. If an item in your order is on pre-order, your entire order will ship once all items are available. This may affect delivery times.

We always do our best to ensure that your orders arrive to you on time. You can track it online through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated. If you have an account with us, you can log in and review your order status.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us at info@elarojewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement. Please provide a photo of the original packaging, including the box the item was shipped in and a brief description of the damage/defect, so we may follow up with our shipping carrier if needed.
ORDERS & RETURNS
After completing the checkout process, you'll be directed to a page confirming your order. Within the next 24 hours, you'll receive an email confirming your order placement. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email including the tracking information.
Our team works hard to process your order promptly, making it difficult to guarantee cancellation or making changes. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place a new order.
We offer free returns on full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Yes, you read that correctly – returns are completely free! That said, click here to learn more about product eligibility and the return process.
To initiate a return, please click here and follow the steps in our return portal. For more information, please head over to our Return Policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return.
Returns may take up to 5 business days for processing upon reaching our warehouse. Once we inspect and process your return, we will send you an email confirming your store credit or refund. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method, subject to your banking institution's processing time.
We do our best to ensure items are always available on our website. However, due to high demand, items may occasionally sell out before being marked as out of stock. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
PAYMENT METHODS
We happily accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Digital gift cards are available for use as well. Additionally, we offer AfterPay for convenient payment splitting options.
Enter your discount or promo code during checkout to apply it to your order. Please note that digital gift cards are not eligible for discount or promotion. Only one discount code is valid per order, and each discount code is valid for one-time use per user unless stated otherwise.

When you purchase a digital gift card, the recipient will receive a unique redemption code by email. To redeem, enter this code at checkout. Transactions will be deducted from the card balance. Please note that Elaro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. This gift card does not expire. Usage of this card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Afterpay enables you to divide your purchase into four installments, payable every two weeks with either a credit or debit card. This breaks down your total cost without interest charges, allowing you to split your payments. Initially, you're billed for 25% of the purchase total at checkout.
PRODUCT CARE
At Elaro, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship are of utmost importance to us. Which is why we offer a 1 year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase. However, this does not include:
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, including scratches.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Any modification to your product done by a third party jeweler, including repairs and resizing.
Please submit warranty requests via email at info@elarojewelry.com and our team will follow up with you within 1-2 business days. Please include your order number and a clear image of the damaged item.
Important Notes:
- We do not recommend having Elaro products modified by third party jewelers, including repairs and resizing, as this voids any potential refund or replacement.
- Kindly be aware that we may need you to return the faulty items to us for inspection and quality assessment.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to warranty repairs or replacements.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the original packaging, including the box the order was shipped in, so we may follow up with our shipping carrier if needed. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
- Final Sale items may be excluded from our warranty policy.
At this time, we do not offer repairs or resizing services.
10k Solid Gold: Recycled 10k solid gold is sourced from old and discarded jewelry, benefiting both the industry and the environment. It has the same quality, shine, and appearance as newly-mined gold but minimizes waste. Additionally, we use natural diamonds, semi-precious, and simulated gemstones, all ethically mined and responsibly sourced.
14k Gold Vermeil: Unlike standard gold plating, which is typically 0.05-0.1 microns thick, our vermeil has a 2.5-micron layer of 14k solid gold over sterling silver, ensuring lasting durability and the luxurious look of solid gold without the hefty price tag.
