Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping is currently available in Canada and the US only. However, we encourage customers to always stay updated by regularly visiting our website, as international shipping options will become available soon.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and other factors. Orders placed after 1:30 PM ET will ship out the next business day. Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days.

Pre-Order Process:
If an item in your order is on pre-order, your entire order will ship once all items are available. This may affect delivery times. Please contact us immediately if you need your items sooner than the pre-order date.
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you'll be directed to a page confirming your order. Within the next 24 hours, you'll receive an email confirming your order placement. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email including the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
Imperfect Pieces:
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us at info@elarojewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement. Please provide a photo of the original packaging, including the box the item was shipped in and a brief description of the damage/defect, so we may follow up with our shipping carrier if needed.
Non-Jewelry Items:
We offer free shipping on jewelry orders over $75. However, non-jewelry items, such as gift bags and jewelry trays, are not eligible for free shipping, and standard shipping fees will apply to these products.
